Please note: Pickup will take place on Coleman road, just south of the elementary school.
RIDE #1 Overview
Meet your guide & check-in at wooden Gazebo located at the North end of Lillooet Road beside drop-off circle. You can park in the Rice Lake parking lot of walk / ride over to the start location.
We’ll start with group introductions & bike checks, then begin the ride with an easy lap around some of the pathways in the LSCR to warm up.
This ride will focus on assessing rider ability and ensuring everyone is having fun & has been placed in an appropriate group.
RIDE #2 Overview
Meet your guide at Blueridge Park just off of Berkely Avenue / Hyannis Drive.
Throughout this ride we’ll get to ride some new trails and start to explore what Mt Seymour has to offer!
We’ll climb up, pedal across, and ride down the mountain for an action packed ride.
Expect plenty of opportunities to put your riding skills into practice as we wind our way through this complex network of trails.
RIDE #3 Overview
Meet your guide at the Water Towers just above the Parking Lot for check-in.
Please note that we want to avoid congestion in the drop-off area. Please park in the parking lot and walk up to check-in, or quickly drop-off using the turning circle.
We'll ride some of the most famous lower Fromme trails and ensure you're grinning from ear to ear.

Picking up where we left off last week, our final ride will get us ready to rock Mt. Fromme with confidence. Desending down the mountain and finishing at Upper Lynn Elementary.
