GRIP: Girls Riding with Integrity & Purpose
The GRIP program is aimed to get young female, female-identifying, non-binary, and non-conforming riders out on bikes. This is a weekly ride connecting & communicating with peers, and developing their bike skills and ability.
This is more than just riding skills! We'll be encouraging & helping to build each other up in a positive & healthy way on the trails through goal setting & reflection as we progress during the weeks.
Our goal is to motivate, encourage and shape the confidence of the riders while showing them the strength & power they have within themselves on & off the bike.

GRIP: Fall
Build confidence, have fun, and be a part of an everlasting bike community with female and female identifying riders. This riding season we are bringing in two social off bike days to foster the strong community that these girls create through biking.
GRIP fall will be a six week program with the first four weeks being outdoor rides and the last two weeks having a social day during the same time as GRIP. These social events will be decided with the girls throughout the first few weeks of our rides!
