GRIP: Girls Riding with Integrity & Purpose
GRIP is a dynamic program designed to empower young female, female-identifying, non-binary, and non-conforming riders by fostering skill development, confidence, and connection. Through biking, we encourage riders to build not only their technical skills but also positive communication tactics and meaningful friendships.
This program is about more than just riding. It’s about growth—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Riders will set goals, engage in self-reflection, and support each other in creating a positive and inclusive community. Over the course of the program, we aim to help participants recognize and harness the strength and power within themselves—on and off the bike.
Join us to build skills, confidence, and connections while riding in an encouraging and supportive environment!
