Our rental bikes are treated a little differently

Our end of season Rental Fleet Sale is well known for offering great value on bikes in amazing condition.

Some of our bikes are actually rented with our own parts, meaning these bikes get their original (aka brand new!) parts put back on before purchase. Click on “details” on each bike to learn more about what service and parts each bike will receive. Regardless, if a part or component isn’t in good working order, we replace it before selling to you.

Buying one of our former fleet bikes means getting a bike we’re proud to send out our doors. Many times, you can barely tell it’s been ridden!

Buying a bike from us means:

  1. The best value. We strive to deliver like-new bikes at below retail prices. Our Rental Fleet Sale bikes receive a full overhaul service and many brand new parts before you take possession. They’re the perfect middle ground between paying full price at a shop and taking the risk of buying used online.

  2. A bike you can trust. Our frames are all taped in 3M tape and fully inspected to be safe and ready to ride. All used components and bearings are checked, serviced, and replaced if necessary. And all bikes come with a complementary service!

  3. An experience you can feel good about, even after leaving the shop. We remain your point of contact for anything that may come up, because ultimately, we want you to get your next bike from us too!

Our process works like this:

  1. Scroll down below to learn more about our bikes, or get in touch with us, we’re happy to help you decide what bike suits your riding needs!

  2. Place a deposit on whichever available bike you’d like to commit to. Pay when you’d like — in instalments over the season, or closer to the time of pickup.

  3. When that bike is nearing the end of its time in our rental fleet, we’ll be in touch with a final date, then have you come by our shop to pick up your new ride!

FAQ’s

After putting down a deposit, your bike will be locked in to be yours. Each bike is grouped into either Summer Fleet or Winter Fleet. Summer fleet bikes are typically available at the end of the summer (Sept-Nov) and winter fleet bikes at the start of next season (Mar-Apr). In the details section for each bike you’ll see an approximate timeframe for it’s removal from the fleet. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask us!

Yes you can! We apply the credit card fee automatically if you pay through our online platform, however you’re more than welcome to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, or certified cheque, and save the 3% fee! Contact us to discuss. Note: paying the 500$ deposit won’t have the 3% fee applied, so feel free to book here then discuss your preferred final payment option with us at your convenience!

As you are now the second-hand owner of this bike, you are covered by Rocky Mountain’s Limited Warranty. In addition, your final bill of sale can be used for warranty on the parts and components, which are typically one year from purchase date, so be sure to save your receipt. Claims through Endless Biking may be subject to additional labour charges.

If an issue were ever to arise regarding a defect with your rental fleet purchase, please contact us directly and we will work with you to correct the issue. We have been a long-time partner of Rocky Mountain and they have been very supportive of our business and customers. We are a family run business and want to ensure the best experience possible for you and will do everything that we can to support you through this process.

All deposits are non-refundable. There’s a lot of demand for our rental fleet bikes, so we want to ensure all customers get an equal chance to lock in their bike with us. However we’re happy to transfer your deposit to try one of our other great services, like our Lessons, Rentals, or Tours!

Endless Biking fleet bikes are entitled to a one-time complimentary check over which includes:

  • Safety check to ensure gears and brakes are functioning properly.

  • Check cables & housing for suitable tension & functionality.

  • Bolt & spoke check for suitable torque & tension.

  • Suitable air pressure in tires.

We require this check to be completed after 4-5 rides/20 hrs of riding and/or within 30 days of purchase.
