We are excited to welcome you to our bike-specific endurance training program!

Our training plan will kick start your season to get you physically and mentally prepared for adventures, racing, or simply keeping up with your family and friends! We’ll meet up 9 consecutive Wednesday evenings and a final Big Ride on the Saturday of the 9th week.

Throughout the program, you’ll train with Alejandro Colmenero, Alessandro Ferrari (Cycling Canada Mechanic), Anthony Boussette (aka @pocketpieman) and other guest coaches.

  • Weekly Intervals - Build your engine on Wednesday evenings with interval training loops, a featured weekly skill focus, race tips, and skill-based coaching over ten weeks. 

  • Saturday Big Ride (4hr) - On the 9th week of the program we will put all that hard work into practice with an epic long ride.

  • Customized 9-week training plan: a detailed training plan to maximize your weekly efforts designed to help you peak your performance for major events or to strategically kick start your mountain bike season.



Please note!

Our Endurance program is for riders who currently ride at a minimum of Skill Level 5 and Fitness Level 3.
