Pre-Authorization

Rental bikes require a pre-authorization on a credit card.

This is a hold on funds that secures our bikes while you have them out on the trails.

Basic hardtail bookings require a $1000 pre-authorization.
Full-suspension bookings require a $2000 pre-authorization

The pre-authorization is not a charge, but a hold on funds until the bike is returned.


Cancellation & Registration Change Policy


NOTE: Cancellations are a time consuming process as spots in our programs can be hard to fill. So please do understand that any changes to registration, including cancellation is subject to a processing fee.

Program / Lessons Cancellations & Changes Policy:

  • 15 days or more of the program start date - $30 admin/transaction fee.

  • Within 7-14 days of the program start date - 50% refund.

  • Within 4-6 days of the program start date - 25% refund.

  • Within 72-hours of the program start date, or no show, no refund

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process

All changes in registration must be done 3 days prior to the program start date.
Changes such as; date, program or participant are subject to a $30 admin/transaction fee.

Inclement Weather Policy - Endless Biking reserves the right to reschedule any program due to inclement weather. However, if Endless Biking can not reschedule or the customer can not attend the rescheduled date no refund or store credit will be issued due to inclement weather.


Rental Cancellations & Changes:

  • 24hrs or more to the booking date - $15 setup / transaction fee.

  • Cancellations within 24hrs of the booking date - no refund.

  • Rental bikes must be returned 1 hour before the shop closes.

  • Late rental returns will be bumped into the next price bracket.

  • Unused RidePass rentals are non-refundable.


Tour Cancellations:

  • More than 15 days of the Tour start date - $30 admin/transaction fee.

  • Within 7-14 days of the Tour start date - 50% refund.

  • Within 4-6 days of the program start date - 25% refund.

  • Within 72-hours of the program start date, or no show, no refund

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process


As you are now the second-hand owner of this bike, you are covered by Rocky Mountain’s Limited Warranty. In addition, your final bill of sale can be used for warranty on the parts and components, which are typically one year from purchase date, so be sure to save your receipt. Claims through Endless Biking may be subject to additional labour charges.

 If an issue were ever to arise regarding a defect with your rental fleet purchase, please contact us directly and we will work with you to correct the issue. Private Lessons Completion Policy

All private lesson and private lessons packages need to be completed on the calendar year they were booked. If for some unforeseen reason (injury, illness, etc.) they cannot be completed, a store voucher will be created to be applied for the same product for next season. This lesson voucher must only be used in the following calendar year in which it was issued. Considerations:

  • A new waiver will need to be signed and submitted.

  • A different instructor could take over the rest of the lessons.

  • Lesson pricing might change.


A 3% processing fee is applied to all transactions. This fee supports our commitment to high-quality service and helps cover software and credit card processing costs.

Damage Coverage

Our damage coverage is an optional extra that can be added onto bike rental bookings. We wish for each customer to treat our bikes like their own, but also realize that when out on the trails things can get damaged. Our damage coverage helps alleviate some of the financial implication of that. Any damages not covered by our optional crash coverage will be charged to the customer at retail cost and will be charged shop rate of $80 per hr for the repairs.

We have four different levels of coverage for you to choose from when booking a bike.
